As most of you know, Pleo is Innvo Lab's first product and we do everything we can to stand behind him and to keep our customers happy. We have an extremely dedicated group of folks on the Innvo Labs Customer Care team, and we can typically diagnose and remotely fix most of the issues that come up for Pleo owners.

However, sometimes we find things that are just not repairable. In these cases, if a Pleo is within the 90-day warranty we are happy to replace it with no questions asked. But we recognize that there are sometimes folks who have problems beyond the initial 90 days. For these Pleos, we are rolling out a new Pleo "Reincarnation" program, which allows owners to exchange their Pleo with a new one at a significantly reduced price of $245.

The cool thing about this program is that we extract the "Soul" (i.e. personality) from your Pleo and load it into the new one, so it retains all the idiosyncrasies and tendencies that he had developed since updating to version 1.1.
