The amount of tax charged for your UGOBE.com order depends upon the destination of the shipment.
UGOBE.com charges sales tax in California and Idaho. If your order has been taxed the amount will be added to your order before your complete the checkout process.

Order Processing
UGOBE.com ships orders on Monday through Friday only. If you place an order for a product that is in stock it will typically ship on the next business day. The arrival date of your product will depend on the shipping service selected during checkout.
Example: If you place an order on Friday it will ship on Monday and if you place an order on Saturday it will also ship on Monday.
Products that are offered as pre-orders will ship when they become available in the UGOBE.com warehouse. You will be notified by email when the product is received in stock and your order is processed. Your credit card will not be charged until the product is ready to ship.
Delivery Options
UGOBE.com ships all orders by recognized courier service. This includes DHL, FedEx and UPS. The service used to process your delivery will be shown in your shipment confirmation.
Standard Delivery
Standard Delivery ships by Ground service and usually takes 5-7 business days.
3-Day Delivery
Overnight Delivery
Selecting Overnight shipping is the quickest way to get your order however, it doesn’t mean you will receive your order on the next day. Orders will be processed on the next business day at which time the overnight shipping will be applied. Please keep in mind that there is no weekend delivery overnight shipping.
Example: If you order an overnight delivery on Friday, your order will be processed by UGOBE.com on the next business day which is Monday. The overnight delivery will ensure you receive your order on Tuesday. Please note that item availability may vary and is listed on the product description page.
Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we’ll send an e-mail notifying you of the return and issue a full refund (including shipping charges).
Please note that we are unable to re-ship orders that are returned as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, please place another order at UGOBE.com.
If you suspect your order was deemed undeliverable, you should receive confirmation of its return or a refund within four weeks of the estimated delivery date. If more than four weeks have passed, please contact customer service

UGOBE.com products can be shipped to all 50 states, Canada and Mexico. However, there are a few restrictions:
> UGOBE.com cannot ship internationally (except as noted above) > UGOBE.com cannot ship to U.S. Protectorates, Puerto Rico, Guam or the Virgin Islands. > UGOBE.com cannot ship to APO and FPO addresses > For orders over $300, a signature will be required upon delivery.

will issue a full refund for unopened items returned within 30 days of the shipment date.

To return products to UGOBE.com please visit our Customer Service Center to complete a Returns Authorization Request. A customer service agent will respond to your enquiry within two business days.
Please note the refund value for each item returned will be reduced to reflect value of discount if applicable.
Refunds
Your refund will be credited back to the original credit card used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your returns. We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your refund.
Restocking Fees
In some situations, restocking fees will be deducted from your refund for specific items. You will be notified in your Returns Authorization if this applies to your product.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping and Handling charges will not be refunded unless the return is a result of our error.
Tax
